A V S C Prasad BE (Hons) - Managing Director
Prior to joining McML, Mr. Prasad has 14 years of extensive experience in the field of Power Systems Design,
Application and Execution of associated projects for Railways, Telecom and Power sector. He worked in Amara
Raja Power Systems (P) Ltd for 12 years as Head – Engineering. He designed and introduced Inverters for Railway
coaches for air conditioning for the first time in India. He is an ISO Lead Assessor certified by Nigel Bouer, UK.

Ms. D Preethi Laxmi – Vice President - SCM & Manufacturing
Ms. Preethi Laxmi is a BTech holder in Electronics and Communication. She has 10 years experience in SC
Railways in Signal and Telecom Division.
She received three prestigious awards from CSTE, DRM, Operations for successfully designing programs for
Signal failures and Secunderabad Division website.

Mr. S. Sridhar – Executive Vice President ‐ Finance & Commercial
Mr. Sridhar has 26 years of experience in various capacities in Allahabad Bank in rural, urban and metro branches
including Industrial Financial Branch. He has proven track record of excellent performance in credit portfolio.

Mr. TN Rao – Vice President– Technical
Mr. Rao is a graduate in Electronics & Communication, a post graduate in Mathematics and a Post Graduate in
Computers Management from Pune University. He has 25 years of experience in diversified fields of Electrical,
Electronics, Telecommunication, IT and Quality Management Systems. He holds a valid Grade " A " Electrical
Contractor & Supervisor license for handling high voltage electrical installations.
He is a part of MPTL’s core team and looks after Technical, IT and QC functions. He is specialized in protection
technologies and evaluation of techno-commercial aspects of the products and services.
Mr. Rao is a graduate in Electronics & Communication, a post graduate in Mathematics and a Post Graduate in
Computers Management from Pune University. He has 25 years of experience in diversified fields of Electrical,
Electronics, Telecommunication, IT and Quality Management Systems. He holds a valid Grade " A " Electrical
Contractor & Supervisor license for handling high voltage electrical installations.
He is a part of MPTL’s core team and looks after Technical, IT and QC functions. He is specialized in protection
technologies and evaluation of techno-commercial aspects of the products and services.
Mr. BS Venugopal – Vice President -Operations
Mr. Venugopal is a Diploma holder in Electronics. He has 20 years of experience in the field of Electronics in
Indian Air Force. He holds profound experience of working in Technical cadre of Electronics stream of Aviation
team for First and Second line Servicing, Snag rectification, Major Overhauling on state of the art technology
equipped Transport aircraft (AN-32) for 13 years.
Mr. Venugopal is a Diploma holder in Electronics. He has 20 years of experience in the field of Electronics in
Indian Air Force. He holds profound experience of working in Technical cadre of Electronics stream of Aviation

Mr. L Vijay Kumar –Vice President– Marketing & Sales
Mr. Vijay Kumar is a Diploma holder in Electronics. He has 12.5 years of experience in the field of Power
Electronics and Industrial batteries. He has extensive cross-functional experience in PCB manufacturing, PCB
and System level testing , Quality Management Systems and Customer Service / Support Coordination.
He has come from Amara Raja Group and was also a key person in handling a prestigious VSNL NLD Project ,
implementation of ISO 9001-2000, TS16949 , QS9000 and ISO 14001. He had attended training programmes
on Zero Defects Soldering & Statistical Process Control Techniques by CETE – Hyderabad , Electro Static
Discharge Controlling Systems by CETE– Bangalore.
Mr. Vijay Kumar is a Diploma holder in Electronics. He has 12.5 years of experience in the field of Power
Electronics and Industrial batteries. He has extensive cross-functional experience in PCB manufacturing, PCB
and System level testing , Quality Management Systems and Customer Service / Support Coordination.
